Construction DPPs: is your EPD data ready?

About the webinar

The Digital Product Passport (DPP) will turn your product's environmental data into regulated, machine-readable information. Under the revised Construction Products Regulation (CPR), LCA-based indicators move into the digital Declaration of Performance and Conformity (DoPC), which becomes part of the CE marking of your products.

Your Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) will feed this data. That raises concrete questions: which product families come first, how EN 15804 fits in, and how designers will reuse your data for whole life carbon assessments under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).

Dr. Aitor Aragón of UNE holds the Secretariat of the CEN working group defining the digital data structure for the DoPC. Join him and One Click LCA experts to understand what the DPP will require from your product data, and how to prepare.

What you'll learn

  • What the DPP requires from manufacturers, and which product families must comply first.
  • Whether EN 15804 still applies, and what happens to products without a harmonized standard.
  • How the DoPC will include your environmental indicators, and how it connects to the DPP.
  • Which standards govern DPP data, including the revision of EN ISO 22057.
  • How construction product DPPs align with ESPR, and how designers will use your data in building assessments.
  • What the EPBD’s life cycle GWP requirement for new buildings, calculated with EN 15978, means for demand for your product data.
  • How One Click LCA helps you back your products with the verified data you need to include in DPPs.
  • Answers to your own questions in a live Q&A with Aitor, Panu, and Yana.

Who should attend?

  • Product managers and technical directors
  • Sustainability and EPD leads
  • Regulatory affairs and compliance teams

LCA practitioners and consultants who support manufacturers will also benefit. No prior LCA experience required.
